At Loveramics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new ceramics aren't the perfect fit for your home, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items using the original protective inserts and shipping box to ensure they arrive back to us without breakage.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned ceramics, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
